Born in Mexico, I came to the U.S. at age 4. I grew up working in my grandfather’s tailor shop building relationships with clients from a very young age.

I am fortunate to have spent most of my career working in Los Angeles, Shanghai and Tokyo at the forefront of innovation in design and construction. Today I am a relationship driven workshop facilitation & project management professional who thrives on guiding teams in mapping the work to be done and championing structured problem solving to overcome complex challenges and deliver outstanding results. I love bringing together groups that start with diverse methods and mindsets, then guiding them into alignment so that they find faster, more creative ways to achieve critical business objectives.
